Kevin J. Prendiville, MD
Dr. Prendiville is an ophthalmologist certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and practicing in Arizona. Dr. Prendiville received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology at Loyola Marymount University where he graduated magna cum laude. He received his Medical Doctor Degree from Medical College of Wisconsin in 1980, and performed his Internship in Internal Medicine at Long Beach Veteran’s Administration Hospital. He underwent Ophthalmology Residency training at Martin Luther King Hospital/Drew Medical Center from 1982 to 1985 where he served as Chief Resident for one year. Dr. Prendiville was the first ophthalmologist in Arizona to implant a toric intraocular lens during cataract surgery for the correction of astigmatism. Also, he has served in various supervisory roles such as Chairman of the Department of Surgery, Chief of Medical Staff for two years, and a member of the Board of Directors for four years at Verde Valley Medical Center in Cottonwood, Arizona.
Ellen McDonald
Ms. McDonald, 45, is Senior Vice President, Business Operations for Chugai Pharma USA, LLC, having previously served as a strategic commercialization consultant for small to mid-sized biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Previously, she served for three years as Senior Vice President, Cardiovascular Marketing and Medical with Bristol-Myers Squibb. For the prior twelve years, Ms. McDonald worked for Johnson & Johnson, Inc., progressing from sales representative to Vice President, Oncology Franchise, of the Company’s Ortho Biotech Inc. subsidiary.

Thomas H. Silberg
Mr. Silberg, 60, serves as President of Abraxis Pharmaceutical Products (APP), a division of Abraxis BioScience that manufactures and markets a broad range of injectable drugs in the areas of oncology, critical care, and anti-infectives. Prior to joining Abraxis, Mr. Silberg served as Chief Operating Officer at Tercica, Inc. and Ligand Pharmaceuticals Inc. Mr. Silberg commenced his pharmaceutical career with Hoffmann-Laroche, Inc., where he spent 27 years, rising from salesman to Vice President, Business Operations.
Radul "Rudy" Radovich
Radul Radovich has been a Senior Project Manager and Project Head for several multi-billion dollar projects with Ciba-Geigy (Novartis), British Petroleum, Parsons, Narmco, Page Engineering and other multinational corporations for many years. His leadership and focus on deliverable results enabled Mr. Radovich to complete each project as scoped, on time and within budget, driving customer satisfaction and profitability in line with projections. His vast and diverse experience led him to provide consulting services to several Fortune 100 corporations. Mr. Radovich has been Chairman of R & R Holdings, Inc., a private investment banking company, for over 15 years. He earned a MSME degree at the University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia.
