Chaslav Radovich, President
Chaslav “Chas” Radovich, President - Chaslav Radovich was Founder of
Best Electronics, Inc., and served as CEO from 1986 through 1992. Best
Electronics was a wholesaler-distributor of computer memory and
peripheral products for companies including Intel, NEC, Toshiba,
Motorola and Texas Instruments. From its inception, Best Electronics
was profitable and Mr. Radovich grew earnings by more than 24% per
year, while strategically expanding the staff to 25. Since 1992, he has
been an independent investor and investment banker with R & R
Holdings, Inc. Over the last ten years, Mr. Radovich has raised well
over $100 million for private and public companies and played an
instrumental role in taking many of these companies public, including
Healthstar (PPOS), Pharmaprint (PPRT), Logon America (LOAX) and
AimSmart (AIMS).
Radul "Rudy" Radovich, Chairman Emeritus (Non-Voting)
Radul Radovich has been a Senior Project Manager and Project Head for several multi-billion dollar projects with Ciba-Geigy (Novartis), British Petroleum, Parsons, Narmco, Page Engineering and other multinational corporations for many years. His leadership and focus on deliverable results enabled Mr. Radovich to complete each project as scoped, on time and within budget, driving customer satisfaction and profitability in line with projections. His vast and diverse experience led him to provide consulting services to several Fortune 100 corporations. Mr. Radovich has been Chairman of R & R Holdings, Inc., a private investment banking company, for over 15 years. He earned a MSME degree at the University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia.
Carlos Tejeda, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Tejeda received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Finance, American Institute of Banking, at Cal State Los Angeles. He has been General Operations Manager for Coca Cola, Finance Officer for TM Financial, Loan Officer for Borg Warner Credit Corporation, and Vice President and Regional Marketing Manager for Ameritix in Irvine, CA. Other positions have included National Corporate Liaison for University of Grand Canyon and Counselor for Anthem College Enrollment Qualifications in Phoenix, AZ.
Michael P. Trcka
Michael P. Trcka was appointed a Cobalis Corporation Board of Director August 2009. Prior to that Mr. Trcka was an investor in Cobalis for over five years. In January 2009 he began advising Cobalis Board Members, Officers and the Executive Management Team about reorganizing Cobalis to transition from a research and development company to a commercial operation in order to launch PreHistin® for sale in both the US and international markets. On May 1, 2009, Cobalis launched PreHistin for international sales via the Internet. In May 2009, Michael signed a consulting contract with Cobalis as acting Operations Director and continues to advise Cobalis on the planning and implementation of all strategic operations and domestic and international commercial marketing and distribution initiatives.
Mr. Trcka’s professional career over the past 25 years include management positions in the chemical industry at Chevron Phillips Chemical Co, Phillips Petroleum Company, Cytec Industries, BASF Corporation and The Dow Chemical Company. He has led multi-functional, international business teams to repeatedly meet and exceed market share, sales and profit objectives. Michael has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN with minors in Economics and Biology.
